We left the AI world to work with businesses that have a heartbeat.
Kayla and Daniela accelerated their careers at the frontier of tech and AI in 2021, running marketing and creative for a Silicon Valley startup at the very beginning of the AI wave. They were good at it. They also burnt out on it.
So they did the opposite. They walked toward the most human industry they could find: food, beverage, hospitality- the places where people gather, where culture lives, where a great meal, snack, or drink can make someone's whole week. And they brought everything they learned about data, systems, and lifecycle marketing with them.
That's Radiant Reach. The technical rigor of tech, applied to the businesses that actually make Austin worth living in.
Why we do this
Kayla left college at the beginning of the social media era, moving into marketing after studying Mass Communications from Texas State University with a clear mission in mind: help small, local brands compete with the giants. Ten years later, that mission hasn't changed, it's just gotten more urgent. The consolidation of the last decade has made it harder than ever for independent food and beverage brands to stay visible, stay relevant, and stay in business. She's watched too many Austin favorites go under not because people didn't love them, but because nobody had a system to keep that love alive.
Daniela came up through photography, production, and creative direction — twelve years of building visual worlds for brands while also co-founding her own branding agency in 2018. She and Kayla met as Austin Instagram mutuals, connected over the city they both called home, and ended up working together at Vana, a Silicon Valley AI data startup, where Kayla ran the marketing department and brought Daniela in to lead creative direction alongside her.
They were both good at tech. They were also both done with it. In 2022, at the height of the AI boom, they made a deliberate choice: leave the startup world and build something of their own — for businesses with soul, not just scale. Food, beverage, hospitality. Austin first. Real people, real places, real community.
That decision is everything RRE is built on. They brought the data systems, the lifecycle strategy, and the retention expertise with them and they applied it to the industry that deserves it most. Because local businesses aren't failing for lack of love. They're failing for lack of infrastructure. That's what we build. And that's how we keep your brand loyalist around.
We've spent 10+ years specializing our approach
We spent our 20s grinding and hustling in the marketing world. Now, in our 30s, we've shifted into sustainability and working with our local community.
Local businesses don't fail because people stop caring. They fail because no one kept them in the loop.
